How much CJC-1295 evidence can you check?

Most of what's claimed about people rests on one study, Teichman's in 2006 [1]. The main mouse findings come from Alba's 2006 paper [3]. That's a thin base for big health claims. Other sources cover how long sermorelin lasts in blood [7], the belly-fat trials of tesamorelin, a different drug [9], and women's online reports that Van Hout reviewed in 2016 [15]. Those posts weren't a controlled study.

FDA's 2024 briefing papers, written for its panel of outside pharmacy experts, set out its safety worries [13]. FDA's page, marked current as of April 22, 2026, lists CJC-1295 among substances whose review requests were withdrawn, keeps its safety worries beside the entry, and gives no date for the withdrawal [16]. Sport's 2024 banned list says athletes may not use it [10]. None of these records shows that long-term use is safe.
